Job Description
- Handling reservations inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service
- Efficiently and promptly establishing the correspondence service to guest inquiries.
- Ensure that the guests’ information is accurately processed on a timely manner.
- Full knowledge of the hotel facilities and activities.
- Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and able to resolve guest complaints and to establish an amicable relation with clients and customers of the hotel.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
