About the Technology Graduate Program 

Our Technology Graduate Program is designed to grow technologists with a dedicated specialisation, complimented by broad exposure to other areas of IT at SEEK via an elective rotation. The 12-month program offers an exposure to various technologies:  Salesforce, Workday and AWS, modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.JS and TypeScript, data languages and tools like SQL, Spark, and Databricks. You will rapidly grow professionally and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.  

Explore our Four Technology Streams 

As part of the Graduate Program, you'll choose one stream that best matches your interests and strengths. Here's what each stream involves: 

• Customer Technology: Work on the products, platforms, and tools that directly support SEEK's customers. You'll help solve real user problems and build better experiences through technology - ideal if you're passionate about the intersection of technology and people. 

• Data Services: Get hands-on with data platforms, tools, and pipelines that power decision-making across SEEK. You'll learn how data is managed, moved, and used at scale - a great fit if you're curious about data engineering, analytics infrastructure, or data-driven problem solving. 

• Enterprise Technology:  Gain broad exposure to the internal systems, tools, and technology foundations that keep SEEK running effectively. If you're interested in business enablement and how technology supports an organisation from the inside out, this stream is for you. 

• Security: Help protect SEEK's systems, data, and technology environment while building your foundational security skills. This stream suits you if you're curious about risk, cyber threats, and what it takes to build safe and secure technology. 

When you start, you will:  

• Join us as a permanent employee as we want you to grow with us for the long-term! 
• Explore a 9-month core rotation in your chosen stream: Security, Data Services, Infrastructure, or Customer Technology. Then, expand your skills with a 3-month elective rotation, exploring another stream to broaden your understanding of our technology landscape.  
• Learn from the best with one Supervisor for the duration of each rotation who will ensure that you're on track with your career aspirations as well as being paired with a  Buddy  throughout the rotation to support you daily. 
• Select a Mentor who will guide you on your SEEK path and have a support network of current and previous SEEK grads who’ll share their experiences  
• Be paid a starting salary of MYR 4,500 per month, plus an annual performance bonus and statutory benefits. 
• Be based at our SEEK office in KL, we hope you like ice cream! 

Qualifications

Who we’re SEEKing   

To be eligible to apply:  

• You are in the final year of your degree or completed in the last two years in any field (preferably IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Cybersecurity)  
• Have completed industry training and/or certifications with no more than 2 years of experience in an IT related role. 
• You can relocate to KL (if you're not already here) by February 2027.  
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Status.  

Additional Information

• Applications close Sunday 2nd August at 11pm with our Graduate Program commencing in February 2027   
• After you submit an application, you may be invited to take part in an online assessment  
• An online assessment day will be held on Tuesday,15th September 2026. Please note you must be virtually available on this date to be part of the recruitment process (assessments will be completed via Zoom for candidates).
