ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst- Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful ServiceNow SPM implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years with ServiceNow.
• Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Scenario Planning, Roadmaps, Goals & Objectives, and Portfolio Management.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to work closely with architects and developers, support solution design, UAT, and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging business and executive stakeholders.
• ServiceNow SPM implementation experience is mandatory. CSA and CIS-SPM certifications are highly preferred.
