Job Description
Role Overview
We are opening an opportunity for a Transformation Director; a strategic leadership role focused on driving enterprise-wide transformation across GSP.
This role will lead initiatives that strengthen a culture of ownership, accountability, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence, while enabling the successful adoption of key transformation programs. The role works closely with GSP leadership, HR, and cross-functional partners to translate insights into actionable site-level strategies and sustainable change.

Key Scope (High-Level)
The Transformation Director will:
- Lead culture and engagement transformation initiatives aligned with GSP business priorities
- Translate employee listening and survey insights into actionable site-level plans
- Drive change enablement and adoption governance for major transformation programs
Partner with leadership to define and reinforce ways of working and leadership behaviors related to change initiatives
Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to track culture, engagement, on adoption outcomes
- Collaborate with HR and partner teams, ensuring clear ownership across strategy, execution, and governance

- Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership influence, transformation experience, and stakeholder management capability
Selection & Development Process

Panel Interviews
Conducted with select GSP Senior Management
6-Month Development Assignment Program (DAP)
Selected candidate will undergo a structured development assignment to build capability and demonstrate impact
Confirmation for Promotion
Promotion to Transformation Director role will be confirmed upon successful completion of the DAP
