Master High-Volume Scheduling: Serve as the central hub for the project, managing heavy, fast-paced interview and shift scheduling between outsourced candidates, internal recruiters, and project managers to ensure seamless daily staffing.
Lead High-Volume Workforce Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end on-site operations for outsourced personnel, executing rapid batch onboarding (contracts, ID verification), shift scheduling, and smooth project offboarding.
Ensure Compliance & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee wage or schedule inquiries, resolving disputes with clear communication while ensuring all operations strictly adhere to legal and compliance standards.
Champion a Thriving Office Environment: Actively foster a positive, welcoming, and high-energy workplace on-site. Bridge the gap between corporate culture and outsourced personnel to significantly elevate team morale and engagement.
