Requirements

Native or fluent German language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role; strong communication skills in German are non-negotiable.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants).
A genuine interest in consumer electronics, smart home technology, or related technology sectors is strongly desirable.
Previous experience in customer support, technical assistance, or helpdesk environments — ideally within the consumer electronics or technology industry — is an advantage.
