Job Description

  • Plan, implement and oversee all the learning and development activities within a company
  • Design training programs that are pertinent to certain roles or organisational goals in a company
  • Ensure that learning materials and resources are easily and readily available to the learners
  • Manage other aspects of learning, such as timelines and budgets, as a learning and development manager
  • Assist, guide and advise employees who are undergoing training programs or who want to explore learning opportunities
  • Hire learning and development specialists and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers
  • Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and make appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development manager role
  • Take audits and align the things as per the organizational values.
