Scholars International Language School is seeking to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic STEM Coordinator for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of an engaging STEM programme, promoting creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation across the school while inspiring students and supporting colleagues in embedding STEM into the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the school's STEM programme and initiatives.
Develop engaging, cross-curricular STEM learning opportunities.
Support teachers in integrating STEM across the curriculum.
Organise STEM events, competitions, clubs, and enrichment activities.
Monitor the impact of STEM provision and recommend improvements.
Promote the effective use of educational technology and resources.
Keep up to date with developments in STEM education and share best practice.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and a recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching a STEM-related subject.
Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Passion for innovation and developing high-quality STEM education.
Experience in an international or British curriculum school is desirable.
