Achieve sales targets in NGS and Array for the assigned region
Identify and reach out to potential clients for NGS and Array solutions
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory
Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales
Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business opportunities
Collect customer and market feedback and report findings to the organization
Analyze sales data, conduct periodical forecasting, and prepare sales reports
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and product presentations to prospective clients
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate pipeline and activity data
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats in the NGS and Array sectors
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and techno-commercial acumen to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions and backgrounds
Possess technical knowledge of NGS and Array technologies and applications

Experience: 3 to 4 years in inside sales, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or related industries

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Life Sciences or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with MBA
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations
Knowledge of NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) and Array technologies or willingness to develop technical expertise
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and prepare forecasts
