Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS to design and build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements and designs into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly interfaces.
The role requires a solid understanding of frontend architecture, best practices, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on clean code, reusability, and accessibility.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
UI & Frontend Development
- Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mock-ups into high-quality code
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and libraries
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI behavior
Application Quality & Performance
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Ensure high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability
- Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design
- Identify and fix UI bugs and performance bottlenecks
Collaboration & Integration
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs
- Work closely with UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
Engineering Excellence
- Follow modern frontend development best practices and frameworks
- Contribute to UI standards, guidelines, and frontend architecture decisions
- Support and mentor junior developers when required
- Stay current with the latest UI, React, and frontend technology trends
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Frontend Technologies: React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design)
- Development & Integration: REST APIs integration, State management (e.g., Redux, Context API or similar), Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Need FS experience
- UI Engineering: Responsive and mobile-first design, Cross-browser compatibility, Performance optimization techniques
- Tools & Practices: Git / version control, Code reviews and collaborative development, Agile / Scrum environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern UI frameworks or libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind)
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience working in large-scale or enterprise applications
