Job Description
RRD’s Plover facility is looking for an organized, service-oriented Employee Experience Specialist to support our fast-paced kitting facility. You'll manage everything from recruiting (agency and direct hire) and onboarding to ongoing employee support and engagement activities. - Shift: 1st Shift
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Part-Time)
- Location: Plover, Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Manage our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) to source, screen, and interview candidates to meet business needs.
- Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, monitor pre-hire screenings (addressing issues promptly, if they arise), ensure compliance tasks are completed, and ensure new hires are prepared for their 1st day on-site. Collaborate with department leaders to promote a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for site employees. Actively listen to worker needs and connect them with the right resources, shift supervisors, or personnel to resolve scheduling, payroll, or workplace concerns. Provide support for employee appreciation and recognition events/activities.
- Administrative & File Management: Maintain meticulous digital and physical employee files, ensuring absolute compliance with labor laws, Company guidelines, safety documentation, and agency requirements.
- Workforce Retention: Work closely with the leadership team to understand and react to staffing needs and ensure employees feel supported, safe, and motivated.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative, recruiting, or coordinator experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting. Relevant, administrative based experience will be considered.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with SmartRecruiters (or similar ATS) and workforce management platforms. Strong PC skills required in Excel and Word. Strong Google Office Suite skills including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Meeting, and Google Sites.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and the teams they support.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-changing environment where production

Disclosure Statement:
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.48 to $23.58 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $X,XXX], overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
