What We Need from You:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls professionally and providing exceptional customer service.

Dispatch technicians efficiently and coordinate service calls to maximize scheduling and response times.

Create, update, and maintain accurate work orders and customer records in company systems.

Monitor technician schedules and proactively adjust dispatches as needed.

Communicate service updates between customers, technicians, and office staff.

Support Operations, Accounting, and Management with administrative projects and daily office functions.

Maintain shared inboxes, prepare customer correspondence, and assist with onboarding documentation.

Cross-train in multiple office functions and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

Two or more years of dispatching, customer service, administrative, or related experience.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Experience with ECI Vision is preferred but not required.

Ability to quickly learn new software systems, including ECI Vision and Samsara.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while performing computer-based work.

Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.

Occasionally lift and carry office materials weighing up to 25 lbs.

Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person.

Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while managing multiple priorities.
BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $18-20/hr and is based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
