Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented, and multi-faceted Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our market expansion and brand-building initiatives.

In this role, you will lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer and market trends to drive core brand strategies. You will also be responsible for expanding online acquisition channels, optimizing acquisition costs, and driving conversions for both affliates and C-end retail clients. Additionally, you will provide critical execution support for offline experiential events to strengthen brand equity and awareness.

Core Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Project Management (50%)

  • Business Data Monitoring: Deeply monitor and analyze customer behavior, trading activity, and deposit patterns to provide robust data support and actionable business insights.
  • Strategic Output: Periodically deliver customer segmentation frameworks, annual operational strategies, and comprehensive event ROI analysis reports to back management decisions with data.
  • Value Optimization: Continuously track and optimize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and design tailored retention/growth strategies for high-value VIP clients.
  • Cross-functional Orchestration: Oversee and manage key projects within the Brand Marketing department, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient resource allocation and the realization of business goals.

2. Online Channel & Traffic Acquisition Operations (40%)

  • Channel Expansion: Identify and develop potential online acquisition channels, cross-industry partnerships, and affiliate network resources; establish standardized collaboration workflows and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • ROI Optimization: Perform real-time tracking of traffic, registration, and deposit data across various channels. Analyze channel effectiveness and implement optimization strategies to maximize overall ROI.

3. Offline Event Support (10%)

  • Provide execution support for the company’s offline events (e.g., salons, product launches, VIP networking events), ensuring smooth on-site operations and crowd control.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, online marketing, digital traffic acquisition, or integrated project management. Background in Digital marketing agency, finance, CFD broker, or the Internet/FinTech industries is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in mainstream data analysis tools; highly data-sensitive with a proven track record of translating complex data into sharp business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Operational Capability: Familiar with online customer acquisition channels, partnership resource development, and digital campaign execution. Proven experience in independently planning online campaigns and leading cross-departmental projects.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication, robust project management skills, and high stress tolerance. Possess a keen eye for brand tone and user conversion aesthetics.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-border teams.
