The Role
Own and elevate our VIP strategy, turning our most valuable players into lifelong advocates through world-class experiences, sharp commercial thinking, and inspirational team leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
Define and execute a high-impact VIP strategy that drives player retention, lifetime value, and engagement on a global scale
Set, own, and exceed KPIs and revenue targets that keep the VIP division performing at its peak
Use player data and performance insights to sharpen segmentation, refine journeys, and unlock commercial opportunities
Deliver truly personalised VIP experiences — tailored rewards, exclusive events, and white-glove service for top-tier players
Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product to create seamless, joined-up experiences across every touchpoint
Manage the global VIP budget, allocating resources strategically to maximise ROI and stay ahead of the competition
What We Are Looking For
Extensive experience in VIP management, CRM, or high-value customer strategy within online gaming or gambling
A proven track record of building and scaling VIP programs with measurable commercial results
Hands-on leadership experience with the ability to inspire teams and drive a shared vision
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable turning data into strategy and strategy into action
Deep understanding of VIP customer behaviour, expectations, and relationship management
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embraces change
