THE POSITION:
As a Junior Strategist within the EVERSANA INTOUCH Health Innovation team, you will be working alongside senior strategists and multidisciplinary experts, you will contribute to projects across health innovation, digital health, artificial intelligence, patient engagement, healthcare transformation, commercialization strategy, and emerging models of care.
In this role, you will support strategic initiatives for leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, digital health, and healthcare organizations. You will help clients navigate evolving healthcare ecosystems, identify opportunities for innovation, improve patient outcomes, and create sustainable value.
This position offers you a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the future of healthcare while working on projects at the intersection of science, technology, healthcare systems, and business strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the development of health innovation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies for healthcare organizations and innovative healthcare solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis on healthcare markets, healthcare systems, digital health trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze patient journeys, care pathways, stakeholder ecosystems, and unmet needs to identify strategic opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Support projects focused on digital health, artificial intelligence, medical device software, connected care, patient engagement, and innovative models of care.
- Contribute to market assessments, opportunity evaluations, customer segmentation, and strategic business recommendations.
- Review, synthesize, and interpret scientific literature, policy documents, market intelligence, and healthcare data.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities involving healthcare professionals, payers, patient organizations, health systems, industry partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Develop high-quality client presentations, strategic reports, and executive-level deliverables.
- Support workshops, advisory boards, innovation programs, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, medical, commercial, market access, policy, and innovation functions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Economics, Business, Management Engineering, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare innovation, digital health, artificial intelligence, and the future of healthcare delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred
- Previous internship or professional experience in healthcare consulting, life sciences, digital health, health policy, market access, innovation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with European healthcare systems and healthcare policy.
- Exposure to health economics, market access, reimbursement, or commercialization topics.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
