This is an excellent opportunity to become an essential member of an international tax team while developing expertise in global tax operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administrative workflow of the Tax department, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and priorities are properly tracked.
  • Coordinate and monitor Jira tickets and other internal workflows, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Track the Tax department budget, reviewing invoices from external tax advisors and ensuring accurate allocation and approval.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, following up on deliverables, invoices, and ongoing engagements.
  • Coordinate tax registrations, deregistrations, and updates across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Monitor tax notifications received from authorities and ensure they are properly assigned, tracked, and resolved within deadlines.
  • Maintain and organize tax documentation, compliance calendars, and internal records.
  • Support the preparation and submission of administrative documentation required for tax compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Treasury, and other internal teams to facilitate tax-related processes and information requests.
  • Identify administrative bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Tax function.
  • Assist the Tax team with ad hoc administrative projects and operational initiatives as the business continues to grow.
About You
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role within a Tax, Legal, Finance, or professional services environment.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with external advisors or service providers is highly valued.
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of administrative tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools (such as Jira), ERP systems, or document management platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tax compliance processes, corporate registrations, or interactions with public authorities is an advantage.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented, with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • At least a B2 level of English.
