The role

The Codeway Brand team exists to shape how Codeway is experienced, perceived, and remembered, from someone's first touch with us to a long-term sense of belonging. It sits at the intersection of brand, culture, talent, and experience, owning the narrative, design, and experiential layer of the entire journey.

In practice, that makes us Codeway's in-house creative studio: a small, lean team owning brand identity, communications, design, and creative output for Codeway HQ and every vertical company. As Codeway scales, our job is to make sure every interaction with us feels intentional, consistent, and true to who we are.

Social is where most of the world meets that work first. As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll shape how Codeway shows up across our channels, turning what happens inside the company into content people outside it actually want to watch. Much of that connects to talent: how the right people discover Codeway, understand what it's like here, and decide they want in. You'll do it surrounded by a creative team that writes, shoots, and designs alongside you, with the brand team setting the direction. The more you make this space your own, the more it becomes yours to lead.

What you'll own

  • Lead Codeway's social presence. Run LinkedIn and Instagram day to day, with TikTok opening up as we grow. You shape what goes out and keep the feed consistent, alive, and unmistakably Codeway, in the direction we set together.
  • Turn the company into content. A new hire's story, a moment from the office, the launch of a career program, a role we're hiring for. Work closely with the people who run our events, culture, and employee experience, and turn what they create into content that travels.
  • Make people want in. A lot of what we make exists to bring great people to Codeway. Hiring posts, recruitment campaigns, employer-brand storytelling across our channels, organic and paid. You make the kind of content that makes the right people want to be part of this.
  • Drive content from idea to live. Decide what's worth making, brief and direct your copywriter, videographer, and motion designer, and keep the work moving to publish. You live mostly in concept and direction, but when something needs your hands, you get them dirty.
  • Keep the conversation going. Stay on top of comments, messages, and the life of each post. Engagement is where a lot of employer brand actually happens, and you make sure we show up there too.
  • Read the moment, and what worked. Stay close to what's landing right now, especially in tech, and why. Spot formats and trends early, bring them to us before they peak, and read what worked last time to sharpen what comes next.

What we look for

  • A feel for what travels. You understand why something works on social, not just that it did. You can sense an idea's ceiling, know how to lift it, and your taste holds up across formats, platforms, and tones.
  • Project management. You keep many things moving at once and land each on time, without letting quality slip. You protect your priorities instead of drowning in them.
  • A visual eye and a sharp pen. You know what makes a strong shot or frame, enough to direct a shoot and brief a designer with precision. And you write well enough to make a caption land, sharp enough to push your copywriter and be pushed back.
  • Fluency with AI. You use AI tools to move faster and explore further, from generating ideas to speeding up how content gets made. You stay close to what's newly possible and put it to work.
  • Drive and ownership. You hold a high bar for your own work, take direction well, and stay level when the pace picks up. You treat this space as yours, and the more you own it, the more it grows with you.
  • Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
