What you’ll do…

Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
Create and develop seasonal signature cocktails that capture Lotti's spirit, blending creativity with the latest beverage trends.
Keep our operational and service standards sharp and consistent, shift after shift.
Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily.
Lead inventory management and keep cash control tight and on point.
Champion HACCP compliance - hitting food safety and hygiene targets and keeping things spotless behind the bar.
Train, coach, and develop bartenders, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and exceptional guest service.
Handle the accounting and admin side of things, keeping reports accurate and on time.
Support the Bar Manager in pushing innovation, raising the bar (pun intended) on performance, and delivering memorable guest experiences through creative beverage programming and activations.
