Job Description
The IT Manager serves as the central operational lead for FPC’s IT function within the Tech & Innovation division. This role is hands-on and responsible for the strategic development and delivery of robust, high-availability IT services across the global workforce. By aligning technical execution with business strategy, the IT Manager drives operational excellence, organisational governance, and infrastructure scaling, with a primary focus on attaining ISO 27001 certification and maintaining secure, compliant, and efficient global technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Global Service Operations: Establish and scale internal IT service delivery, ensuring global coverage and high-availability support (including cross timezone / out-of-hours break fix) for all regions
Operational Governance & Compliance:
Develop and maintain IT Playbook and SOPs
Manage vendor and internal delivery performance against SLAs
Own and manage compliance with corporate IT and cybersecurity policies
Lead the attainment of ISO 27001 certification by Q4 2026
Lifecycle & Asset Management:
Oversee end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring automated, frictionless provisioning and hardware lifecycle management
Ensure all software license agreements and subscriptions are optimal, provide value and aligned to business needs
Manage the Approved Applications List (AAL) and ensure zero instances of shadow IT applications / implementations
Innovation & Integration: Lead IT projects and partner with internal teams to deploy scalable solutions and automate operational workflows
Strategic Leadership:
Work with the CTO to manage and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with FPC’s business objectives.
Ensure continuous improvement and seamless adoption of new technologies, including cloud tools, automation, and AI-driven innovations
Chair the IT SteerCo under the FPC Technical Design Authority (TDA) and support IT aspects for other TDA SteerCos and business initiatives
Management: This role participates in the India Regional Management Team
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Proficiency:
Google Workspace, AI & Cloud Architecture: Advanced expertise in the full Google Workspace suite (Admin, Vault, etc.), Gemini AI tech stack and GCP-based cloud architecture, including management of secure API/webhook integrations
IAM/EDM: Comprehensive technical knowledge of JumpCloud (or similar) Identity Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Device Management (EDM) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA) solution
EDR/SIEM: Comprehensive technical knowledge of Crowdstrike Falcon Pro EDR and Spotlight SIEM tools
Networking: Domain management, IP networking protocols and technologies
Cybersecurity Incident Response: Proven track record in managing incident response, including vulnerability analysis and risk mitigation / resolution
Compliance: Experienced in compliance with industry cybersecurity best practices and standards, including ISO27001, SOC2, NIS2 and others
Operational Proficiency:
Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing and driving performance of external hardware/software vendors
Service Management: Proven experience management of global IT service delivery across timezones, ensuring SLAs are achieved
Budget Management: Management of IT Operations Budget
IT Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Planning: Creating and testing IT disaster recovery plans
