Job Description
About your tasks:
Own the full P&L of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands business, including revenue growth, profitability, gross margin, and portfolio performance.
Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Redcare and nu3 brands across multiple European markets.
Own the end-to-end value chain from portfolio strategy and product innovation through product development, sourcing, quality, supply readiness, launch, and lifecycle management.
Lead and further develop the Own Brands organization while orchestrating execution across cross-functional teams that are largely outside your direct reporting line.
Build strong partnerships with Category Management, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
Drive portfolio expansion, innovation, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence to accelerate profitable growth.
Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes that ensure accountability across the entire Own Brands value chain.
Represent the Own Brands business in senior leadership discussions and shape strategic decisions for one of Redcare Pharmacy's key growth platforms.
Qualifications
About you:
Proven leadership experience in Own Brands, Private Label, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or e-commerce, with a strong track record of building and scaling consumer brands.
Demonstrated ownership of a P&L with responsibility for driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio performance.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end Own Brands value chain, from consumer insights and product development to sourcing, supply chain, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
Proven ability to lead and deliver results in a complex matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams beyond direct reporting lines.
Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on execution mindset.
Experience building high-performing teams, establishing scalable operating models, and driving organizational change.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leadership and external partners.
Experience in regulated product categories such as consumer healthcare, pharmacy, food supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices is a strong advantage.
