About your Tasks:

Prepare and improve recurring financial reporting and variance analysis for the German business, helping stakeholders understand key performance drivers.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by owning and improving our forecasting model. collecting inputs, challenging assumptions, and preparing clear financial overviews.
Analyze commercial and operational KPIs, such as revenue development, margin, marketing spend, customer economics, and profitability drivers.
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and datasets to improve transparency and decision-making.
Support business cases for commercial initiatives, marketing investments, and growth opportunities through fact-based analysis and scenario modelling.
Identify risks and opportunities in performance trends and translate findings into clear recommendations.

About you:

University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field .
3-5 years of experience in Controlling / FP&A preferably in a commercial, e-commerce or highly digital consumer-oriented environment.
A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
Advanced technical skills with an AI & Data-driven mindset and expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) to structure complex problems and drive strategic insights.
Interest in commercial performance, e-commerce, customer economics, marketing ROI, and profitability steering.
Languages: Fluent in both English, German language is a strong plus.
