Job Description

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a fresh opportunity in a friendly, well-established dental practice?

If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Receptionist to join the welcoming team at Thrapston Dental Centre in Thrapston, near Kettering, where you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our patients while working as part of a supportive and close-knit team.

• Full-time position – 38.75 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate from £12.71
• Typical shifts: Monday to Thursday, 8:15am–5:15pm, and Friday, 8:15am–4:00pm (1 hour lunch)
• Opportunity to support our sister practice, Townley House Dental Practice, with holiday and sickness cover (approximately 15 minutes away)
• 2-surgery, fully private dental practice
• Join a close-knit, established team providing high-quality private dental care
• Offering a range of treatments including Dental Implants, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Dental Hygiene and Facial Aesthetics
• Convenient village location with free road-side parking

About you 

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: 

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have) 
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised 
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
