Pre-Sales Engineer

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Sales Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our sales, product, and onboarding teams. Your expertise will ensure that our merchant and pay-in partners are provided with tailored solutions that leverage Thunes' innovative products, while also gaining insights into industry trends and competitor strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales and technical pre-sales cycle.
  • Understand the merchant and pay-in partners' needs and propose suitable solutions using the company's product.
  • Gather the partner's requirements, validate the use cases, and confirm the project scope before handing it over to the inbound onboarding team.
  • Perform market research to become knowledgeable about our industry and competitors.
  • Be an expert on our different products at Thunes.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in solution consulting and technical project management with external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of payment and merchant solutions in the fintech domain.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch Thunes, explain our product clearly, and translate needs/requirements to the product team.
