Job responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as a functional expert, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system adoption and usage.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Identify and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve implementation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on functional consulting.
- Proven expertise in at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of business processes across various domains, such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
