Job Description

Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for Braking ECU mechanical localization and development in China

  1. Responsible for work packages of new product mechanical design incl. create 3D model, 2D drawing, tolerance calculation, and related document creating.
  2. Responsible for mechanical components localization in China, solve the technical problems from supplier and RB production line together with other function team.
  3. Responsible for work packages of product benchmarking analysis. Support continuously optimize product design and standardization, as well as cost reduction.
  4. Support the issues that arise during product mass production.
  5. Work closely with reliability engineers, electronic engineers, manufacturing plant and purchasing. Adjust and adapt design acc. to DfR & DFMA feedback.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical-electronic, mechanical engineering, automation or automobile engineering.
  2. Skill in the mechanical design such as plastics and metals component
  3. Skill in 3D and 2D creating (CreO/ProE is prefer), tolerance stack up analysis
  4. Strong innovative mindset and sensitive to technology trends.
  5. English for reading and writing technical documents is mandatory, can communicate with English in oral.
