Job Description
HR Business Partnering
Act as HR partner for assigned business units, supporting managers in all HR-related matters
Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR input
Support organizational development initiatives and company culture improvement
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in collaboration for the dedicated BUs
Collect hiring needs and obtain approvals from management
Draft and update job descriptions
Identify and implement effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies
Coordinate recruitment agencies and manage supplier relationships
Conduct interviews and support hiring managers in selection decisions
Act as SmartRecruiter super user and ensure proper system utilization
Manage and promote the employee referral program, including bonus communication to Payroll/Admin
Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare and issue employment offers
Support employment contract drafting and related administration
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee documentation
Training & Development
Organize and coordinate training programs
Maintain and file all training documentation
Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning and talent reviews
Performance & Talent Management
Support rollout of the PDD (Performance & Development Dialogue) process
Assist in MBO target setting and performance evaluation processes
Prepare documentation for talent reviews and succession planning
HR Processes & Administration
Update and maintain organizational charts
Participate in job grading and job evaluation processes
Contribute to HR procedures improvement together with Senior HRBP
Support HR tenders and related documentation
Emplyer Branding & Engagement
Support employer branding initiatives
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Contribute to strengthening company culture and employee engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and HRBP activities
Proven experience in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar roles
Experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiter is a strong advantage)
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes
Experience in training coordination and performance management processes
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Digitally Savvy (preferred Agentic AI usage; Power BI)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
