To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Team Lead Business Support. In this role, you take ownership of the backbone of the Lely Center: you make sure that finance, administration, and warehouse operations are under control and running smoothly.
You are part of the local management team and work closely with Service, Sales, and Projects. Together, you ensure that customers can rely on a well-organized and financially healthy operation.
What is your role?
As Team Lead Business Support, you lead the team that keeps the operation running. You create structure, ensure accuracy, and continuously improve the way we work. From financial processes to spare parts availability, you make sure everything is in place for your colleagues to serve the customer.
In practice, this means you:
- Lead and coach the Business Support team across finance, administration, warehouse, and order processing
- Take ownership of financial control, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and reporting
- Ensure that inventory, spare parts, and warehouse processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with demand
- Improve processes in ERP and administration to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Monitor performance through KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements
- Act as the linking pin between Service, Sales, Projects, and Finance to ensure smooth operations
You are the one who brings structure. You see what can be improved and take action.
Qualifications
You enjoy combining people leadership with operational responsibility. You know how to bring overview in a dynamic environment and are not afraid to step in when needed.
In addition, you bring:
- Experience in leading or coordinating a team
- Knowledge of ERP systems and administrative business processes
- Experience with inventory management, order administration, or operational support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and strong organizational skills
