N-iX is looking for Senior Test Automation Engineer Engineer to join the team
About client:

Responsibilities:
- Holistic evaluation and continuous enhancement of all quality management aspects, with a particular focus on agentic AI systems.
- Develop clear and actionable acceptance criteria in close collaboration with Product Management, cross-functional departments, and software developers.
- Design, build, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, including functional, integration, and specifically agentic AI-driven behavior tests.
- Investigate, reproduce, document, and communicate detailed reports on software defects and anomalous AI behaviors.
- Expand and refine test automation frameworks within a CI/CD pipeline, with special attention to scenarios involving autonomous decision-making AI.
- Provide active support during customer acceptance tests, performing both automated and manual test procedures.
- Continuously ensure and enhance user experience, system security, reliability, and performance, particularly considering unique challenges posed by AI-driven
- Collaborate closely within the dedicated testing team to share knowledge, improve testing strategies, and implement innovative approaches to agentic AI testing.
Requirements:
- Completed IT-related vocational training, preferably complemented by a degree in computer science or related fields, plus at least 5 years of professional experience in test automation and quality assurance
- Solid programming experience, specifically in C# or Python, and familiarity with testing and debugging agentic or autonomous AI systems is highly valued.
- Personality & Working Style: An agile mindset, proactive attitude, and strong methodological expertise in test case design, especially tailored to complex AI-driven
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in testing tools and frameworks such as SpecFlow, XRay, Selenium, and JMeter, including their application to AI-specific testing challenges.
