  • Respond to urgent alarms and technical issues, both remotely and on-site, as part of an on-call rotation (one week at a time).
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational, health & safety, and security procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Center Lead and operations team to deliver seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in data centers or other critical environments such as maritime, offshore, oil & gas, or large-scale facilities.
  • Technical knowledge across both mechanical/electrical systems and IT connectivity operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of IT networks, cabling standards, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in English or German is required; knowledge of both languages is a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
