Food & Beverage Assistant / Waiter / Waitress

Job Description

• £12.71 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time permanent position - 40 hours per week worked including evening shifts and weekends .  Temporarly Summer job only can be discussed.
• 8 hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions.
• Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies.
• Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
• Effectively communicate with all colleagues and managers.
• Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship required.
• Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
• Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
• Have the ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative when needed.
• Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
• Willing to learn new things.
