Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
Salary £32,000 per annum
An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every month, about 3.5k annually)
You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues
Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
Assisting with the development of menus
Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.

A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food.
Experience at 3 AA Rosette environment is ideal or at least 5 years’ experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure.
Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills.
