Job Description

•Take the role as HR Business Partner, responsible for specific division in Bosch Suzhou;

•Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions in topics like organization change, competencies and people development, Leadership development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics;

•Managing key HR processes and topics such as Succession Plan, Performance Management, Talent Validation and Review, Annual Salary Review, and Associates Development, etc.;

• Understanding associates and involve in the communication session in Associates survey;

•Playing as HR Consultant to business manager on people issue handing and ER cases;

•Other HR Projects to support business needs

Qualifications

•Bachelor degree or above;

•10 years above working experience in HR area,  5 years above as HR Business Partner role in manufacture industry;

•Knowledge of Labor Contract Law and relevant Legal regulation & stipulation;

•Ability to work independently under fast paced, complex environment;

•Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates;

•Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset, with strong ownership;

•English will be working language.
