Job Description

Support the Data team in maintaining and improving data operations processes.
Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple internal sources.
Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports.
Help automate repetitive reporting and operational tasks using Python, SQL, Excel, or AI-powered tools.
Support data extraction and operational reporting for production teams.
Collaborate with analysts and product teams to prepare datasets for analysis.
Explore the use of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity and automate workflows.
Document processes, automation scripts, and data workflows.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for Data Operations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Excel
Basic SQL knowledge
Basic Python programming
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to Have
Experience with Looker or other BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau)
Understanding of Data Operations concepts (data quality, monitoring, reporting, incident management)
Experience with Jira
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Gemini
