• Support (or lead, depending on campaign) the preparation and distribution of press materials including press releases, artist bios, imagery, and media assets.
• Secure interviews/features/reviews and manage the end-to-end coordination of media opportunities, ensuring artists are briefed, prepared, and supported.

Promotions, Fly-Aways, Events & Content Activations
• Work with radio and media partners to organize and execute promotions, including (but not limited to) fly-aways, competitions, partner events, showcases, launches, listening sessions, and fan activations.
• Identify and deliver content opportunities with stations/media/partners (e.g., interviews, performances, “day-in-the-life”, behind-the-scenes, social-first integrations) that support the wider campaign plan.
• Coordinate logistics including venues, guest lists, run sheets, travel, schedules, artist liaison, and partner requirements.
• Ensure promotional activations are delivered professionally, on time, and aligned with artist and Sony brand standards.

Touring Artists – On-Ground Promotional Schedules
• Create and manage on-ground NZ promo schedules for touring artists (international and domestic where relevant), including radio, media, content, and partner obligations.
• Liaise closely with artist management, touring parties, and international teams to deliver agreed activity and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-the-ground support during touring activity (as needed), ensuring artists are supported and all stakeholders are aligned.

Stakeholder & Artist Relationship Management
• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for artists and managers during campaigns and touring promotional windows.
• Partner with internal teams (label/marketing/digital/social) to ensure promo and publicity activity is integrated into the broader rollout plan.
• Maintain strong working relationships across radio, media outlets, publishers, and emerging creator/content channels to support artist visibility and audience growth.

Planning, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Oversee project management for promotions deliverables, including timelines, bookings etc.
• Prepare clear, consistent campaign updates, results recaps, and key learnings for internal & external stakeholders.
