Jr. Healthcare Recruiter – Entry Level

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)

We’re looking for an ambitious, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster.

This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You’ll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly recruiting goals
  • Building strong pipelines of high-quality providers and candidates
  • Improving retention and candidate engagement
  • Managing candidate expectations aligned with business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
  • Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
  • Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
  • Total First-Year Earnings: $62,000 – $75,000 (base + performance-based bonuses)
