Position Overview:
The Professional Services Engineer is a key position to support CPOMS continued growth and expanding our market leading position by ensuring a successful implementation for our clients. The Professional Services Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- The implementation of CPOMS, StaffSafe, Engage, VisitorSafe, Raptor Emergency Management, and other related systems as necessary.
- Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction through project management of implementations, services, and trainings.
- Complying with data privacy legislation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meets with clients following the sale to align on goals, priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Creates a project plan outlining the roles and responsibilities needed to meet customer goals.
- Ensures the completion of key milestones to achieve customer goals.
- Communicating with clients throughout the implementation process.
- Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
- Demonstrates well-rounded knowledge of Raptor products and training approaches.
- Manages complex implementations with small-market customers.
- Adheres to departmental process and procedure and maintains systems of record.
- Facilitates training to administrative and end users of the CPOMS and Raptor software.
- Supporting the Professional Services Manager and the wider Team with all administration tasks.
- Updating and maintaining customer databases using Salesforce and internal systems.

- Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews and change management with clients.
- Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users.
Other:
- Must be flexible to work outside core hours for customer training as and when necessary and may include overnight stays
