职位描述 ABOUT YOUR ROLE
EHS : 负责执行监督和强化生产安全，健康及环境政策，同时满足公司和当地政府部门政策及流程要求。不断建立和完善EHS管理系统，提高安全管理水平及消除现场隐患
EHS part: Responsible for the enforcement and implementation of the safety, health and environmental policies as well as procedures stipulated by the Company and local government. Assists in establishing of the EHS management system. Improves the safety management level and eliminates on-site hazards.
FM : 负责所有工程设施及生产设备的绩效，以支持公司达到的既定指标。针对设备/设施的疑难问题提供专业的技术支持，管理并发展人才，保证设备设施稳定运行的前提下控制好相关预算。
F&M part: Be responsible for overseeing all activities in Engineering & Facility to ensure equipment and utility supply’s reliability to support company goals. Provides expertise & technical supporting in resolution of problems related to Engineering/Facility as needed. Manages and develops people. Overall budgetary control of engineering and Facility department.
工作职责 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
EHS :
-基于总部要求，当地法律及OHSAS的标准，建立和维护EHS管理系统:
-领导和持续推动EHS的绩效，以达到世界级绩效水平
-将EHS的目标引入到管理层及员工的生产绩效中
-领导EHS相关检查及隐患排查工作，并制定对应的应急方案及预防策略
-负责EHS相关培训，安全活动及安全沟通会，以提高员工的安全意识
-季度组织安全委员会会议，总结月度报告，并提供专业的EHS指导给到管理团队
-带领安全小组监督，检查各项安全要求是否被有效执行
-确保消防设施的有效性
-准备应急预案并定期安排演习
-跟进政府的安全要求，并建立有效的沟通渠道
-针对特定的EHS的问题，做好内外部的沟通工作
-带领团队做好事故的调查工作，确保对应的纠正措施及预防措施被有效的执行
-建立和维护现场的安全相关的5S及可视化工作
-准备并有效控制EHS预算
FM:
-管理所有设备的安装，保养工作，例如预防性保养及应急维修
-针对设备运行问题，提供技术相关的分析和支持及改善方案
-负责工程水电气的稳定供应，也涵盖厂房，升降设施，灯光，消防泵，压缩空气等设施，以确保生产的稳定性
-确保所有维护工作的安全性，确保工厂和公司在安全，环境上的符合性
-推动精益生产，管理和解决疑难问题以提升产品质量，成本节约和生产效率，以实现世界级的运营指标和成本节约的目
职位要求
-本科学历，优先环境、健康及工程类学科，有机械或电气工作的相关管理经验
-至少3年的管理经验
-自我激励，良好的沟通技巧.
-能够高效的实现跨部门合作并取得优异的绩效
-良好的问题解决能力
-良好的英语口语及书写
-良好分享和项目展示能力
-执行力及不断改善的能力.
-专注客户需求，快速响应及创新的解决方案.
