Key Responsibilities
Daily operations — ensuring smooth service across lunch and dinner
Team leadership — supporting and guiding front‑of‑house staff
Guest experience — maintaining exceptional service standards
Training & development — helping new team members grow
Coordination with kitchen — ensuring seamless communication
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience in a supervisory role
A genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
