Job Description
- Lead, train, and inspire your team to provide top-notch resident care.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage and support for all areas of the facility.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development.
- Conduct proper medication distribution and ensure med cart compliance.
- Oversee the wellness of residents and assist PCAs as needed.
- Ensure adherence to the Personal Care Home regulations.
- Supervise and create assignments for wellness associates. Round to ensure assignments are being followed and completed.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Med Tech or Personal Care home experience preferred.
- CNA preferred.
- Medical Assistant, Associate or similar degrees preferred.
- CPR certification or completion of the CPR course within 90 days of employment.
- Must be a Train the Trainer or willing to complete. The Train the Trainer must have at least 2 years of experience as a Med Tech with current certificate or license.
