Vos missions : performance, synergies et développement
En tant que Directeur(trice), vous assurez la gestion globale d'un site composé de deux établissements aux positionnements complémentaires, un Première Classe et un Campanile.
À ce titre, vous :
- Pilotez l'ensemble des activités des deux hôtels avec une forte présence sur le terrain.
- Êtes garant(e) de la performance économique du site et de l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, de rentabilité et de satisfaction client.
- Assurez l'excellence opérationnelle et le respect des standards de chaque marque.
- Veillez à la bonne gestion des ressources, à la sécurité des biens et des personnes ainsi qu'au respect de la réglementation.
- Développez les synergies entre les deux établissements afin d'optimiser l'organisation, les résultats et l'expérience client.
Au-delà de ces missions, deux enjeux majeurs seront au cœur de votre réussite :
Le développement commercial : vous renforcez la visibilité et l'attractivité du site auprès de son marché local. Vous capitalisez sur les ressources du site afin d'initier des événements vous permettant de vous distinguer de la concurrence et afin de créer une dynamique de site basé sur la complémentarités des deux marques pour générer de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
L'animation des équipes : vous fédérez les collaborateurs autour d'un projet commun, développez une culture de l'excellence opérationnelle vis à vis de la clientèle et accompagnez les équipes dans une dynamique de progrès, de responsabilisation et de synergie entre les deux établissements.
Qualifications
- Directeur(trice) expérimenté(e), vous avez démontré votre capacité à piloter avec succès un établissement hôtelier et à développer durablement sa performance.
- Véritable leader de terrain, vous savez mobiliser les équipes, créer une dynamique collective et accompagner le changement.
- Votre sens du commerce, votre culture du résultat et votre maîtrise des enjeux opérationnels vous permettent d'identifier les leviers de croissance et de transformer les opportunités en résultats concrets.
- À l'aise dans des environnements multi-interlocuteurs, vous alliez vision stratégique, rigueur de gestion et excellence d'exécution.
