- Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-IT-Projekten bei namhaften Kunden
- Leitung einzelner Projektstreams oder gesamter Programme (z. B. HR-Transformationen, SAP-Einführungen, Rollouts)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Fachbereichen, IT, SAP-Berater:innen und Management-Stakeholdern
- Strukturierung von Projektplänen, Timelines, Budgets, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und sauberer Kommunikation im Projekt
- Moderation von Workshops, Statusmeetings und Entscheidungsrunden
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards im HR-IT-Umfeld
Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von HR- oder HR-IT-Projekten
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung größerer Projekte oder Programme – idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld
- Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit einem klaren Blick für Prioritäten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen
- Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
