Job Description
- Responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of HR IT projects for well-known clients
- Leadership of individual project streams or entire programs (e.g. HR transformations, SAP implementations, rollouts)
- Close collaboration with HR departments, IT teams, SAP consultants and management stakeholders
- Structuring and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks
- Ensuring quality, on-time delivery and clear, transparent communication throughout the project
- Moderation of workshops, status meetings and decision-making sessions
- Active contribution to the further development of our HR IT project management standards
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in project management of HR or HR IT projects
- A strong understanding of HR processes
- Experience in managing complex projects or programs, ideally in a SAP environment
- A structured and pragmatic working style with a clear sense of priorities
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence when interacting with clients
- Ideally, first hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Very good German and good English skills
