Patch/Finish Roller Operator

The Patch/Finish Roller Operator is responsible for operating a roller to compact asphalt and ensure a smooth, finished surface. This position works closely with the paving crew to maintain quality, safety, and productivity on the job site.

Available OT/Traveling/Long Hours/Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces.
• Follow the paving crew to achieve proper compaction and smoothness.
• Monitor the quality of the finished pavement.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
• Assist with other crew duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ Year of experience operating a roller
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends when required. (Traveling with in and out of state )
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork.
• Must be able to climb on and off equipment and perform physical job duties.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
