Job Description
PACKAGING PRODUCTIONS AND COPACKER VISITS
You’ll visit packaging productions and copackers to support qualifications, optimization activities, and innovation projects. By being present on-site, you’ll help assess technical requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure packaging solutions work effectively in real production environments.
AUDITS
You’ll conduct audits to review packaging-related processes and standards. Your work will help ensure production partners and operations meet the required expectations and support continuous improvement.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You’ll manage a diverse range of food packaging-related projects with internal and external stakeholders. From planning through execution, you’ll coordinate interdisciplinary activities and help keep projects moving efficiently and effectively.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR PACKAGING AND FILLING OPERATIONS
You’ll use your understanding of technical requirements in packaging productions and filling operations to support practical decision-making. You’ll help evaluate current processes and contribute to solutions that improve performance and reliability.
OPTIMIZATION AND DATA-DRIVEN IMPROVEMENT
You’ll analyze production data and translate insights into actionable optimization opportunities. Your ability to understand operational data will support continuous improvement across packaging processes.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION AND STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
You’ll maintain clear and structured project documentation while working with a range of internal and external partners. Strong collaboration will be key as you align different stakeholders and contribute to interdisciplinary project success.
Qualifications
1–3 (or more) years of experience in packaging production across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, working with various materials or experience in food production
University degree in Technical Studies or Natural Science
Fluent in English
Understanding of technical requirements for packaging productions and filling operations
Ability to analyze production data and develop solutions for optimization
Experience managing or supporting interdisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
Openness to travel and confidence working with internal and external partners
Experience with metallurgy is beneficial
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,251 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
