Job Description

Lead in your area of technology whether Application development / testing/ maintenance / support as per the standard processes. - Keep management updated: Monitor project activities and relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports to all project stakeholders - Impact the bottom line: Constantly learn, enhance skills, and identify opportunities for process improvement leveraging a deep understanding of assigned work; provide feedback and inputs to SMEs, Leads & Managers on identified areas of improvement, opportunities for automation - Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with all stakeholders including Client, their customers, team members and leaders; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations - Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback. Work towards common goal of “One Sutherland Team playing to win”. 

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Smartsheet Solution Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience to manage Smartsheet projects from initiation through delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while also supporting administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
• Develop scalable portfolio and program management solutions using Control Center.
• Build and maintain workflow automations using Bridge, alerts, approvals, notifications, and process orchestration.
• Troubleshoot formulas, cross-sheet references, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support Power BI reporting and Smartsheet data integrations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Manage user access, permissions, governance standards, and workspace structures.
• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical Smartsheet solutions.
• Create technical documentation, standards, and user training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and solution optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as Smartsheet Solution Specialist

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Power BI integration, Dynamic View, WorkApps, Data Shuttle, REST API integrations, MS Office, Excel, & PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

Experience managing end-to-end delivery.
