EMS Program Manager_ME

Job Description

• Serve as Value stream leader of products, overall responsible for defined value stream KPIs in regard to Q.C.D.
• Lead product planning team for line/product planning, including investment, budget capacity and HCs, buy off the budget/resource planning of other Dept. as profit center owner
• Responsible for end-to-end project schedule, milestone tracking, risk control & cross-department resource coordination
• Drive full APQP 5 phases, lock all key timelines for prototype, trial run, formal mass production & PPAP approval
• Host daily stand-up meeting, weekly project review & monthly business summary
• Track abnormal issues including quality defects, delivery delay, material shortage, engineering changes; push CAPA closure
• Lead regularly business plan and define measures to reach target planned production cost

Customer / sales contact window in the plant to ensure the on time delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor

Working Experience:

• >7~10 years above in area of manufacturing and project management experience is a must
• 5 years above in leader position

Knowledge/Skills:Project management, quality management, leader experience and very good team working and motivation skills
