What you'd be doing
You'd join one of the companies in our network as an early sales hire. Depending on the team, that could look like:
- Talking to customers every day to understand what they actually need
- Owning a pipeline and moving real deals from first conversation to close
- Selling solutions that solve problems, not just pitching features
- Learning a product, a market, and a customer inside and out, fast
- Building relationships that turn into real revenue
The common thread: you'll be in the arena from day one, learning how businesses actually buy. It's one of the best educations you can get, and you get paid to get it.
Who we're looking for
We don't care about your GPA, your major, or whether your resume looks the part. We care about who you are.
- You hear "no" and figure out what "yes" sounds like
- You're genuinely curious about how businesses work and why people buy
- You hold yourself to a higher standard than any manager could
- You're organized and you follow up, things don't fall through the cracks with you
- You can explain things clearly, in writing and out loud
- You're motivated by hitting a goal and beating it
No sales experience required. We mean that. Coachability and drive beat a polished resume every time. If you've sold before, great. If you haven't but you know this is what you're built for, we want to hear from you.
