Job Description
As a Psychology Intern, you will work closely with our counselling team and gain hands-on experience in career counselling, student assessments, school engagement, and parent interaction. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical counselling skills while working with experienced psychologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist psychologists during career counselling sessions conducted in schools and colleges.
- Support the administration of psychometric and career assessment tools.
- Help coordinate counselling schedules with partner schools and educational institutions.
- Observe and assist during one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Prepare counselling reports, documentation, and student records.
- Assist in conducting seminars, workshops, webinars, and career guidance presentations.
- Address basic student and parent queries under the supervision of senior counsellors.
- Coordinate with school representatives for smooth execution of counselling programs.
- Support content creation for psychology, career guidance, and student awareness initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards while handling student information.
- Perform other psychology and counselling-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in educational psychology and career counselling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with students, parents, and educators.
- Basic knowledge of psychological assessments is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to schools within Mumbai whenever required.
- Good organizational, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Duration: 3–6 Months
