About the role

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Data Strategy function within Media Futures Group, a dedicated team for one of WPP’s most important and strategic global technology clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and client stakeholders by providing media teams with actionable audience insights and monitoring impact
  2. Consult with media teams to optimize targeting through technology configuration, setup audits, audience segmentation, and data partner evaluations.
  3. Managing data partner relationships, including discovery, vetting, and onboarding, while keeping teams informed on privacy and regulatory updates on media and data management
  4. Utilize proprietary tools including AI-led products to enhance audience strategies and elevate overall product quality

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a digital media agency (most recently in a programmatic, product or data management team), or have commensurate experience in client-side digital roles, or at a technology company whose focus is advertising data management
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the APAC ad tech and data landscape, including hands-on experience managing audience data, for your own company or your clients. This includes, a working knowledge of the leading data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), knowledge of data onboarding and cross-device matching approaches and an understanding of the tools and technologies that can activate this data (e,g, DSPs, social platforms)
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, able to build and develop strong relationships with, and communicate effectively with people at all levels of seniority; in-agency, client-side, and in the supplier space.
  • Hands-on knowledge or past experience of media planning and activation across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, TTD etc.
  • Experience with insights generation from audience insights tools/platforms, insights writing, visualization, and effective communication techniques.
