ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Entering information of customer order form to the system and get the job file then send to CS/Plate designer to proceed orders. This position will support Pre-press position in layout making daily.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
1. Handle order processing
- Verify information before entering orders into the system by product lines.
- Recognize repeat error and solving routine issues, problems, refer more complex issues to higher level. Minimize the wrong orders during
entering into the system.
- Transfer full documents set to Pre-press in lead time limit. Inform to Pre-Press when order information are not clear/discrepancy.
2. Coordinate with other departments
- Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
- Collaborate within team & another team to clearing order pending daily.
- Support Pre-press in paper works or similar tasks.
3. Checking and auditing
- Control and manage order in daily then pass to Planning as schedule, make sure no missing order.
- Manage and record timeline to receive and complete order.
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- College and above
- 1 years Order Entry or related experience a plus
- Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills in Vietnamese (English preferred)
- Good data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills
- Fast typing skills
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, and function specific software
